Animals are by their very nature unpredictable, as are children!  Accordingly, the actions of the animals and children cannot be guaranteed.  Children and/or animals that are not behaving will be asked to leave the petting zoo.

Each Ponies & Pals staff member is trained on methods of response in the event of an accident or injury to participants and/or animals.

All staff members are trained to be  in complete compliance with our risk management plan.  You will recognize our staff members at any event by their "staff" t-shirts and name badges.
